Now I am obligated to tell you that it doesn’t always work out that way, but we find after completing hundreds of these audits, that it does many times more often than not. We find that they offer the best voice lines, the best quality internet service and the best customer service when compared to other carriers we have worked with. We can’t always work with Comcast because they don’t have service in every location in Houston…just most.
If we find a location where Comcast is not available, we find our customers another carrier. All other carriers ride in on AT&T facilities and are limited to T-1 speeds and transmission characteristics. That means the fastest you can go on a T-1 based service provider is 1.5 megs and that bandwidth is shared between voice and data…1.5 megs is as good as it gets.
Comcast on the other hand, uses their own redundant technology to provide digital voice service all the way into your business and Internet service that starts at 3 megs bandwidth and is not shared with voice service!
